Human promoter mapping using CpG islands

README (for stand-alone CpG_promoter, which is behind this web version).

Important: only one sequence is allowed. Multiple sequences may crash the program!

NOTICE: Since the cpgplot program in EMBOSS upgraded, the definition of CpG island has some slight changes, which results in possible inconsistency of the old QDA model file used for prediction. However, this (possible) inconsistency should not have noticeable effects. see this evaluation for details.
