(1) CANCER: A postdoctoral
fellow position is available in a Computational Genomics lab at Cold Spring
Harbor Laboratory. Projects will involve genetic/epigenetic (CNVs/SNPs,
DNA methylations, etc.) signature/pattern discovery
in cancer or drug-treatment case/control studies. Applicants should have a
Ph.D. in a relevant field and be familiar with PERL/C/R in Linux environment.
Basic training in microarray data analysis is
required.
(2)Gene Regulation: A postdoctoral fellow position is available in a Computational Genomics lab at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. Project will involve predictive models of transcription, splicing and gene regulatory networks. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in a quantitative field and be familiar with PERL/C/R in Linux environment. Basic training in computational biology (e.g. sequence and microarray analysis) is a big plus.
